To place an order

To place an order, please follow methodically step by step, it is simple and easy to understand:

1°/ "Catalogue" on the left of your screen: Select product by clicking on the left of your mouse on the corresponding button: a range of pre-chosen articles will come up. Then choose the article you wish to buy: to see the photo enlarged, please click on the photo. To read the description of the article, click on "see more".

2°/ Under the description, you have the possibility to place the product you wish to order by clicking on the button "add to cart".

3°/ Your invoice will appear with the partial total of the order (without VAT or shipping costs). You have a free space to modify the quantity you wish to order. Then you have the choice:

• to continue shopping by clicking on "back to catalogue" (see bottom on the left of page) to select another article
• to finalise your order and pay the invoice by clicking on "continue my order" (see bottom on the right of page)

4°/ A new page will open ("My account"): you have the possibility to open an account (if you are a new customer) or to enter your login information (already registred during your first order):

• to open an account: click on the button "sign in" and enter your personal address and telephone number making the bill possible. Your E-mail address and your password will facilitate login at your next order 
• to identify: enter your E-mail address and your password, and confirm

5°/ If you want to finalise your order and to visualise your invoice, you have to tick the box "I have read and accept terms and conditions of sale". To read them, you just have to click on the yellow link "I have read and accept terms and conditions of sale".
It is still time if you wish to modify your order (see button "Back to cart" below on the left of page). Otherwise, go to payment by clicking on the button "Continue my order" (below on the right of page).

6°/ A recapitulation of your order appears with the total amount VAT including shipping costs. Please choose your method of payment by ticking the corresponding box (bottom of the page). According to payment method, you have to enter your bank details which are treated in strict confidence between you and the bank (payment secured with 3D Secure). Your order is sent. An E-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

Specifications

Shipping and handling fees (participation in shipping costs):

In France Metropolitaine, shipping and handling fee will be of 4,95€ VAT. Shipping and handling fee to European Union (except France Metropolitaine) will be of 8,95€ VAT.

Out of European Union, shipping and handling fee will be calculated automatically depending on the country and the mode of shipment you have chosen: La Poste (Colissimo Suivi recorded delivery) ou another carrier. Please send a message via the contact form at our website ("Contact"). The information about the amount you will be debited for shipment will appear on your invoice.
